Letter to Birth Mother

Dear birthmother,

We are so greatful that you have chosen the miracle of life and love! And we would be thrilled to be chosen as Mommy and Daddy....we both love children, they are so precious!

We have a little angel in heaven since Nov.26, 2007,.. thru miscarriage. It was a very disappointing experience,and unless God works a miracle , there will likely be no more biological children for us. So we are excited about building our family thru the miracle of adoption. We don’t see this as an option that is second best but best for us! We’d like to open our hearts to you and share why we want to start a family, and why we feel that with God’s help we can offer a loving and stable home ... our hearts have so much love and longing, waiting to cuddle to our hearts a darling little baby,to hear the laughter and childish squabbles of children, to listen to their little fears and thotsand to dry the teardrops that may fall. We want to play with them, to share the awsome beauties of the great outdoors,to care for ALL their needs emotionally and phisically, to share with them our greatfulness for their birthmother’s unselfish love on their behalf... My heart is too full to list all our longings and desires for our children. I’m sure we won’t be perfect parents, but with God’s help, we will do our very best to be a great mommy and daddy! Ultimately we want to teach them about our loving Father in heaven, and His wonderful gifts to His children. We want our familyto all be together in Heaven some day!

We have both always enjoyed children. As a young girl I loved to babysit. Warren loved to get down on the floor and play tractor, truck, or whatever the toddler wanted to do.

So we’ve always dreamed of a family and grieved as we worked our way thru unsuccessful fertillity treatments... but thru those difficult days we came to really see and understand the true preciousness of children, and we feel that God used those experiences to prepare us to be a better mommy and daddy.

We know that it must take a lot of courage and strength to make the decisions you face, and we care about you.... May it help you to know that if you decide to choose us, we will always dearly love and cherish our child, and tenderly care for him or her thru’ life. God bless you!
