“Released Parties”: Whenever the term “Released Parties” is used, it will refer to the following entities: ETERNAL ADOPTIONS, (a Missouri organization) and any of the past, present or future affiliates, employees, contractors, members, managers, attorneys, collaborators or owners of this entity.
Eternal Adoptions is a networking service who’s focus is to provide hopeful adoptive parents with an affordable connection to birth parent(s) for the purpose of placing newborns for adoption. Our network provides invaluable help and resources for birthparents and prospective adoptive parents hoping to add to their family through adoption.
Eternal Adoptions is not a facilitator nor a licensed agency placing children for adoption. Eternal Adoptions DOES NOT provide legal advice. We do encourage you to seek legal advice from a professional knowledgeable in adoption within your state and the state of birth. Eternal Adoptions DOES NOT guarantee that a match will lead to a successful adoption.
Eternal Adoptions IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS, OMISSIONS OR CHANGES in the information supplied by any outside source and cannot be held responsible for actions of birthparents, adoptive parents, agencies, and other parties.
Release of Liability and Limitation of Damages: As a condition of contracting with Eternal Adoptions for Birth Mother, Adoptive Parent, or any other adoption-related services, you now unconditionally agree that if any action, or failure to take action, that is allegedly caused by or participated in by any of the Released Parties, ever causes any direct or indirect damage to you or to anyone else legally related to you or claiming rights through you, any liability or responsibility of the Released Parties, you hereby forever waive and abandon, for yourself and for anyone claiming rights through you, all other rights, claims or causes of action for any other damages, claims or injuries of every type and description relating to the Released Parties or any of their policies, conduct or websites.
Controlling Law, Jurisdiction and Venue: As a further condition of contracting with Eternal Adoptions, you now unconditionally agree that in all claims, disputes, damages, causes of action or other legal matters that in any way relate to the Released Parties, or any of the websites or other services that are offered or provided by the Released Parties, or that relate to or arise out of any actions or failures to act on the part of any of the Released Parties, you voluntarily and irrevocably agree that the laws of the state of Missouri, and none other, shall apply, without reference to its conflict of laws provisions, and that sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any related or resulting claims, disputes, damages or causes of action, shall rest exclusively in the Judicial District of the Superior Court of St. Charles County, Missouri, and you forever waive and abandon every other right or claim relating to jurisdiction, venue or choice of law.
Agreement to Not Share Documents or Information With Others: As a further condition of contracting with Eternal Adoptions, you unconditionally agree to not allow anyone else to view, download or copy any portion of the images or content, Requirements, Conditions of Service or any other documents, that you may obtain.
If you do not completely agree to all of the conditions set forth above, you are expressly prohibited from engaging in any activities with Eternal Adoptions.
